Dyanne Bechard

Working closely with the Division Head, faculty, and hospital leadership, Dyanne leads a wide range of operational initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, improving administrative processes, and supporting strategic priorities. Her responsibilities include oversight of surgical administration, financial and human resource management, faculty and learner support, divisional events, and operational planning.

Dyanne is committed to maintaining a collaborative and high-performing administrative team while building strong partnerships across the hospital and the University of Toronto. She is passionate about process improvement, operational excellence, and creating innovative solutions that support exceptional patient care, education, and research. Through her leadership, she strives to ensure the Division's administrative services evolve to meet the changing needs of faculty, trainees, staff, and patients.
